COVID_19 SPA SAFETY PROCEDURES 
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If arrived early please wait inside your car until appointment time.

• Arrive alone. Due to our limited capacity and health precautions, only the individual receiving services is allowed into the spa. This includes children, friends or spouse not receiving services.

• Clients must wash their hands upon arrival. 

• Masks must be worn. Clients and staffs are required to wear behind-the-ear face mask as long as it doesn't interfere with the services being provided. If you don't have one, we will provide one for you.

• A no touch thermometer. May be use to check clients temperature at the door.

• No food or drinks. We ask that you refrain from bringing or ordering in food during your appointment.

OUR POLICIES 
Please Note This Is Women Only Spa/Salon, No-Male guest ( husband, boyfriend or children) reason being I'm operating from home and  I would appreciate certain level of privacy. Also, I need to be in full concentration mode to render you your services.
 

 

RESCHEDULING /CANCELATION POLICY /LATE ARRIVAL/NO SHOW 
• If you find you are unable to keep your appointment we require atleast 48hrs notice. Clients who do not honor their appointments or cancel in advance will results in the forfeiture of their deposit.
• All services are non-refundable .
• Rescheduling appointment is only allowed one time. Please double check your calendar prior to booking an appointment. 
• Please contact your esthetician if you're running late. Here's our numbers: 3236893471
• Anything later than 15mins your appointment will be canceled and your deposit forfeited. If you wish to reschedule, please Note a new deposit will be required. 
• No show will automatically result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required if you wish to reschedule.

 

DEPOSITS 
• Please note that all deposit for all services are non-refundable. 
• Please note that deposit can be made through E-transfer to confirm your appointment 
• Appointment not confirmed within 24hrs will be canceled.

 

CLIENTS CONSENT FORM /HOME CARE INSTRUCTIONS 
• A clients consent form will be emailed to you before your appointment. If not one would be given to you at the spa before treatments.  Please review and sign once received
